How it works

1. 1. A host starts a story with a one-sentence prompt and invites 2–5 other players.
2. 2. Everyone writes what happens next, in 125 characters or fewer, before the timer runs out.
3. 3. Responses are revealed anonymously and the group votes Keep or Cut.
4. 4. The winning line becomes canon and the story continues, chapter by chapter, until it's complete.
